The TRIVAC D8B is the next step into the future within the well-proven TRIVAC concept. The D8B's performance and characteristics have been improved without compromise to market requirements. The TRIVAC-B pumps has proven themselves time and again as rugged pumps in many and varied applications. The inner body is assembled from individual parts without sealing components. The parts are pinned in order to ensure easy disassembly and reassembly of the parts. In the TRIVAC B, the pump unit and the motor are linked by an elastic coupling.

Lab Recyclers Vacuum Pump Reconditioning Process:

• Each pump is fully dismantled and all parts are decontaminated ans inspected
• Damaged or worn parts are replaced
• All O-rings, seals, springs and vanes are replaced
• Oil system recharged
• Pump performance measured to NIST Standards
• Oil system drained
• Pump is cleaned and painted if needed
• Packaged for shipment

Each reconditioned vacuum pump comes with a 90-day warranty for parts and labor.
