The keyboard was expensive and it is challenging to struggle to get work done.
This is getting to be an expensive waste of time. I have since purchased high quality Eneloop AA batteries and now my 6 year old K800 lasts forever between charges and works like a champ. However, just like any hardware, it may also not work properly – for example, keyboard lags, Backspace, Spacebar or Enter Key is not working, keyboard keeps disconnecting and connecting, etc.
Windows 10 is working fine with my old diNovo keyboard, but I need my backlit keyboard working please. I would like a replacement or refund. When I typed in Google search "Keyboard is suddenly typing incorrectly" the output became "Ke2yb-olard i5s 5sudde2n-oyly typing inc-olrre2ct" I purchased the Slim Folio keyboard in January 2020 for my 2019 IPAD Pro 11.
It was submitted on 3/30 and the number is 2678265.

Upon checking the ticket, I saw that one of our representative provided you a response. My keyboard is 9 months old. I have tried as recommended by Logitech support to reconnect the keyboard via Bluetooth, without any resolution to this problem. If your iPad iOS was recently updated to the latest version, we suggest you to go to the General Settings and assign the language/keyboard layout of your iPad to the one you're using before to make it work properly again. Please let me know how to get this fixed.
You can also feel free to contact our support team for direct assistance. The plate on the back (closed with screw) removed but everything below is sealed -- there's no further way to enter, can't get to battery. Either way this morning it is working like normal again. Today when chatting with a friend in Skype the keyboard suddenly started typing incorrect letters and the backspace stopped working altogether. Example below. It keeps shutting down. The keyboard hasn't been dropped or around any water. Not working well. Logitech needs to address this or do a product recall as it looks like several recent iOS updates have rendered it incompatible with the iPad. Same for me, a non-functioning keyboard with several keys stopped working. IMHO, this should have lasted much longer than a year.
Try downloading and installing the Logitech Setpoint Software and use it to restore the keyboard into default. I haven't had a problem with the keyboard until a couple of days ago. Try it I guess.
I have submitted a ticket for technical support. And yet another K800 typing gibberish out of nowhere. Now, the keyboard has stopped typing many letters and numbers, despite me pressing them.

This is pure horrible manufacturing and horrible customer service. I note they don't respond/monitor the forum, and PLENTY of things list the magic words "GIBBERISH". No moisture and, as above, no way to access/replace the rechargeable batteries. Poor show Logitech. Restart both computer and keyboard, by powering them both OFF and back ON, Test to different computer (to replicate the issue).
It's not even 4 years old yet. I was entering EOM budget data when mine gave it up. Can you please tell me how to submit a ticket. I have been trying to figure out what is wrong and have been entirely unsuccessful at fixing, including trying this resync/software update.
As I searched the internet, there are more people who have this same issue as mine and yet the email responses I have received make it appear as though it's something that I haven't done to make this keyboard perform correctly. Example below.

Generally speaking, a keyboard is a piece of peripheral equipment and it can be used for a few years without having any problems. Well this time I am asking for help on my K800. Actually yes I did. The Slim Folio keyboard is the only device connected and the keyboard continues to not type all the letters when I press them. Please advise! Mine was also sealed but with a bit of prying the black plastic cover off of the batteries (under the hard plastic screwed cover) I was able to get the batteries out and then charged them with a proper charger. We apologize for the late response.
Is this some hidden mode I accidentally enabled, or is this a dying keyboard? I didn't drop any water on it but maybe condensation from a cold drink had dripped into the keyboard when I wasn't looking, but I don't know.
I have the same issue, on 2 yr old K800.
What I did was I took the batteries out of the K800 and put them into a real Nickel Metal battery charger over night, and I left the K800 in the ON position to drain any capacitors etc.
This also gave it time to dry out "IF" it was perhaps water that was causing the issue. Of course, Logitech will try to claim that it’s an Apple problem but if so you would expect all other types of keyboard to have the same issue.
