Fume hoods from Mott have been specifically developed to meet the demanding safety, energy conservation, and operational requirements of the modern laboratory. The Mott 7221040 is equipped with a louvered by-pass grill that provides an alternate path for air to enter when the sash is lowered for safe fume exhausting. It also comes with an exterior light fixture that is mounted outside the fume hood chamber for improved safety, increased operating life and convenient service. Its interior is constructed of fiberglass reinforced polyester that has excellent strength, chemical resistance and smoke generation properties.
